Hazy Dayz

I haven't taken any photos of myself in so long, so just thought I'd take a few and share them with you.

I hardly wear the color blue on me, but after my color analysis with image consultant, Alice Sydow of I've got your Style, I thought i'd broaden my horizons in colors. So the color on me is not bad right? ;)

I appreciate the textiles of the Hmong and Southeast Asia….the intricate details and designs and hard-work of stitching that goes into it…The colours are just amazingly outstanding. 

One day, I hope to make/stitch my own Hmong inspired pattern…

Hip-Hip HOORAY!

I purchased VOGUE’s Special Edition ‘Best Dressed’ publication while at the store today - spent $10 on this baby! Seriously, the only reason why I bought this was because my favorite fashion icons/idols MKA were on the cover, haha. I’m not supporting VOGUE (I don’t even read VOGUE), just support the girls who made it on the cover ;) 

This is probably the BEST investment I made for a publication that is basically like a book. I LOVE ITTTT! <3

 

I’m HUGE love of GIRAFFES; they have such pretty eyes and they’re animal print is pretty cool =) 

My Eddie-Love still needs to get me my life-size Giraffe though since he wouldn’t win me one at MN State Fair ):

Behind-the-Scenes Photos from the Nina Bouphasavanh Photo Shoot

Sunday, the 25th was a big and exciting day for STYL as well as myself.  Thanks to Kevin Kamin of Studio Gata, we had the opportunity to style for owner/found of Phavanna Media, Nina Bouphasavanh, in celebration of her 30th year.

She was absolutely a gem to work with! Over all, we had so much fun being a part of this. The crew, in which consisted of, the Krystyana who was the Make-up/Hair-stylist, Kevin as the photographer, and his assistant Erin, were all great!
